Project Management Strategy
Upon being awarded the contract, an effective management and supervision team is set up which is structured specifically for the project. The project team is drawn from our experienced technical and management resources to provide personnel with the necessary skills required for each stage of the project. The team then produces a strategy for the contract and identifies the critical areas:
